Operation Santa Claus is a bipartisan coalition of public officials, local merchants, civic groups and residents.
Founded by the late Senator Bill Condon, the program has raised tens of thousands of dollars over six decades for individuals with developmental disabilities — supporting them not just during the holiday season, but year-round.
